The Empowered Child Arts Conference was developed as a response to the dire circumstances faced by rural African teachers and childcare workers.
In 2011, we ran the first Empowered Child Arts Conference in South Africa which empowered 350 childcare workers from rural townships. We currently run the conference annually in Ghana, reaching 50 educators and empowering them to involve arts-based learning in classrooms throughout the country.
We also offer many annual workshops and symposia for arts educators, teachers, and childcare workers in every country we visit.
